BEEF STROGANOFF 
1/2 round steak
1 can mushrooms
1 can tomato soup
Spaghetti or rice
1 pt. sour cream
Garlic powder
1 onion
Parmesan cheese

Cut steak in 1-inch squares. Roll in flour and brown. Put chopped onion and garlic over meat. Add drained mushrooms and simmer 3 to 5 minutes. Mix sour cream and tomato soup and juice from mushrooms. Pour over meat mix. Cook on low until meat is tender. Cook spaghetti and place on large platter and pour meat sauce over top. Sprinkle with cheese.
