BEEF ALA STROGANOFF 
2 lbs. stew beef
2 tbsp. bacon fat
3/4 c. chopped onions
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. horseradish sauce
1/4 c. sherry wine
1 c. mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
1 can tomato soup
Sprinkle of Parmesan cheese

Brown meat in fat. Add remaining ingredients. Cook slowly until meat is tender. Serve over noodles.
