GROUND BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. fat
1 lb. ground beef
3 c. medium noodles
1 c. sour cream
3 c. tomato juice
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms

Cook onion in fat until tender; add beef and brown. Place noodles over beef. Combine tomato juice and seasonings; pour over noodles and meat mixture. Bring to a boil; cover and simmer over low heat 30 minutes. Stir in sour cream and drained mushrooms. Heat through. Check for seasonings. Don't over measure noodles or it will be too dry. May add extra sour cream.
