HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 tsp. salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 sliced diced bacon
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 can sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
Pepper to taste
Hot buttered noodles or rice

Brown ground beef and bacon; add onion and cook until onion is tender but brown. Drain off the excess fat. Add seasonings. Stir in soup. Cook slowly, uncovered, 20 minutes, stirring often. Stir in sour cream and heat thoroughly, but do not boil. Serve over noodles or rice.
