HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. butter
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms and liquid
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. minced parsley
Cooked rice or noodles

Saute the onion and garlic in the butter. Add the meat and cook until brown. Add the flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms and liquid. Cook for 5 minutes. Add the soup and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Stir in the sour cream and heat through. Sprinkle with parsley.

Serve over rice or noodles.
