JIFFY HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. lean hamburger
1/2 c. onion, chopped
4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 c. chopped pimento
Dash of garlic powder
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. brown seasoning sauce (Kitchen Bouquet)
1 sprig parsley, minced
3 c. cooked rice or noodles

Brown meat in large skillet. Add onion, mushroom soup, garlic powder, pimento, flour, salt and pepper. Mix well and cover skillet. Cook on low heat 20 minutes. Stir in sour cream and seasoning sauce, mixing well. Sprinkle with parsley and serve over rice or noodles. Serves 6.
