HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. instant beef bouillon
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 c. water
1 c. sour cream
2 c. hot, cooked rice

Cook and stir meat, onion and garlic in large skillet until meat browns. Drain off fat.

Mix flour, bouillon, salt, pepper and mushrooms. Stir in water and heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream and heat. Serve over rice and garnish with parsley.

This was very good and quite easy. I served it over hot egg noodles instead. Next time, I'll add chopped green pepper - it needed just a little more flavor.
