FRUIT COBBLER 
3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
3/4 stick butter
1 can pie filling or
2 lg. cans fruit
1/3 c. juice
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Melt butter in 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Stir in milk. Pour over butter. Do Not Stir! Spoon fruit over batter. Bake at 350 degrees until crust is light brown.
