BARBECUED SPARE RIBS 
1 slab spare ribs
1 c. onions, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
4 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. mustard
1 sm. bottle catsup
1 c. water

Sprinkle ribs with salt. Place under broiler and brown. Combine remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan. Cook sauce over low heat for about 30 minutes. Pour sauce over ribs and bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours.
