BARBECUED SPARE RIBS 
1 sm. bottle ketchup
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 tsp. chili powder
Dash of celery salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Squirt of lemon juice
3-4 lb. country style spare ribs

Combine all above ingredients except meat into 3 1/2 cups of water in pot and simmer 1 hour. Squirt lemon juice over ribs and broil turning until browned, then pour off fat. Baste ribs with all but 1 cup of sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour turning and basting with remaining 1 cup sauce.
