GOURMET HOMINY BAKE 
2 (1 lb.) cans white hominy
2 to 4 cans green chilies, minced
Salt & pepper to taste
Butter
Sour cream
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Drain and rinse the hominy. Put lots of butter in a 2 1/2 to 3 quart casserole. Layer the ingredients as follows: hominy, green chilies, season with salt and pepper. Dot with sour cream and butter. Repeat layers, ending with hominy. Put butter and sour cream over all. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
