GREEN CHILI HOMINY 
2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans hominy
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can green chilies
1 c. grated cheese

Partly drain hominy. Put in skillet with 6 tablespoons bacon drippings. Salt to taste. Let cook down pretty low. Add green chilies (chopped). Let cook few minutes, stirring often. Add cheese and stir until cheese is melted. About 8 servings.
