1 can hominy
1 can Rotel tomatoes & chilies
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 bag Fritos

Do not drain hominy or Rotel tomatoes and chilies. Heat hominy and tomatoes. Add cheese and let melt. Add Fritos. Mix well. Place in a greased baking dish. Bake in 350 degree oven until bubbly. Can be served hot or cold.
