| AUNT BETH'S HOMINY CASSEROLE | |

2 cans yellow hominy 1 can green chilies 1 carton sour cream 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese Mix hominy, green chilies and sour cream together. Put in 13x9-inch pan. Cook in the oven at 350 degrees until bubbling. Take out of oven and sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top. Place back in oven until cheese melts. | |

No size stated in recipe, so I used one 29 oz can of white hominy, 7 oz. can of green chilis, and a 8 oz carton of sour cream, and topped with cheese. It was yummy as written, I was low on sour cream and had about 3-4 tablespoons of cream cheese to use up. I softened the cream cheese in the microwave so I could stir it in the second time. This was yummy too!
