YELLOW SQUASH CAKE 
Your whole family will enjoy this recipe!

1 cup (2 sticks) butter
3 eggs
6 tbsp. milk
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 1/2 cups grated yellow squash

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour into a lightly greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish.

Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes (glass baking dish). Check to make sure cake is completely done by inserting a toothpick or a knife and make sure it comes out clean.

Note: You may bake for 30 minutes, and test the cake about every 10 minutes, but I always had to bake it for the full 40.
