HAM AND HOMINY CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can white hominy, drained
1 (16 oz.) can yellow hominy, drained
3/4 to 1 c. chopped or ground ham
1/2 to 3/4 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
3/4 c. sour cream
1 (4 oz.) can Ortega chilies

Mix together in a bowl, the drained hominy, sour cream, ham, and chilies. Pour mixture into a lightly greased 9x13 inch pan. Cover with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until brown on top.
