1 lg. can yellow hominy
1 sm. jar jalapeno Cheese Whiz
1 sm. carton sour cream
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 tbsp. butter

Saute onion in butter (not brown). Add cheese, then sour cream. Drain hominy and add. Pour into casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
