1 (16 oz.) can Hominy, drained
1 tsp. onion flakes
1 (16 oz.) tub sour cream
1 lb. Jack cheese, grated
1 (7 oz.) can diced green chilies

Mix well, add salt and pepper to taste. Put in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake in 325 degree oven until bubbly and slightly brown. Serves 12.

NOTE: If baked in a microwave, be sure to cover with Saran Wrap since the Hominy will pop like popcorn if uncovered. The cheese amount is approximate, a little more or less is okay.
