2 cans yellow hominy, drained
1 onion
1 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
jalapeno peppers to your taste
shredded Cheddar cheese

Sauté onion in butter and add hominy, jalapenos and soup. Heat until bubbly. Pour into 9 x 13 pan and top with cheese.

Bake in 350°F oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
