2 (6 oz.) cans hominy (white)
4 oz. can diced green chili
1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimento
1 stick butter, melted
8 oz. sour cream

Drain hominy, chili, and pimento; mix together. Blend butter and sour cream. Add to hominy mixture. Grate cheddar cheese on top and cook for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
