CHICKEN ITALIANO 
1/2 c. Italian dressing
2 1/2 - 3 lbs. chicken pieces

In large shallow baking dish, pour Italian dressing over chicken. Cover and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 4 hours or overnight. Remove chicken, reserving marinade. Grill or broil, turning and basting frequently with marinade until done. Makes about 6 servings. (can use 2 1/2 to 3 pounds London Broil or chuck steak.)
