ARTICHOKE PIE 
1 pkg. crescent rolls
1 pkg. frozen artichoke hearts
3 to 4 lg. eggs, beaten
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, diced
1 med. onion
Salt, pepper & parsley to taste
Handful of grated cheese
Oil & pinch of garlic powder

Saute onion in oil, make pie crust with crescent rolls, saving leftover strips to make beehive top crust. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes. Serve hot.
