ARTICHOKE BALLS | |
1 can artichoke hearts 1 can Progresso bread crumbs 1/2 c. Romano or Parmesan cheese Olive oil (just a smidgen) 1-2 toes of garlic Drain water from can of artichokes and save to later moisten ingredients to desired consistency. Chop hearts, garlic, and cheese, and roll by hand into balls. Roll in bread crumbs. May be served warm or cold. To warm, heat in oven at 350°F for about 15 minutes. |
