ITALIAN ARTICHOKES & GREEN BEANS 
1/4 c. olive oil
6 toes garlic, minced
2 lg. cans French style green beans
2 cans artichoke hearts, quartered
1 c. Romano-Parmesan cheese
1 c. Italian-style bread crumbs

Saute garlic in olive oil. Drain green beans and artichokes and place in a large casserole dish. Add olive oil and garlic, cheese and bread crumbs, mixing well. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour until bubbly. Serves 8.
