ARTICHOKE AND STRING BEAN
CASSEROLE
 
1/2 c. olive oil
1 c. Romano and Parmesan cheese
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 lg. can French cut green beans (28 oz.)
1 can artichoke hearts
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
3 lg. cloves garlic, chopped fine

Saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Drain green beans well. Add green beans to onion and garlic. Cook 10 minutes.

Chop artichoke in hunks. Add artichokes, bread crumbs and cheese. Mix well. Pour into a baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
