ARTICHOKE, STRING BEAN CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. olive oil
1 lg. onion
5 cloves garlic
2 cans artichoke hearts, chopped
2 cans green beans, chopped
1 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs (Italian style)
1/2 c. grated Italian cheese
Dash of parsley

Fry onions and garlic in olive oil. Add green beans and artichoke hearts, bread crumbs, cheese, parsley and mix well. Cook 15-20 minutes. Put in casserole and top with more crumbs. Bake until brown at 350 degrees. 10-12 servings.
