BREAKFAST EGG CASSEROLE | |
12 slices bread, crust cut off 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed 2 c. cooked ham, diced 1/2 c. melted butter 12 eggs, beaten 1 tsp. dry mustard (opt.) 1/2 tsp. salt 1 qt. milk Cube bread, put into 9"x13" baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over bread. Sprinkle ham over cheese. Pour melted butter over this. Beat eggs with mustard, salt and milk. Pour over other ingredients in dish, cover, chill overnight in refrigerator. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour (less for 1/2 recipe). Serve immediately. Serves 12. |
