BREAKFAST EGG CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bulk sausage
9 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. dry mustard
Pepper
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 sm. onion
1 tsp. salt
3 c. milk
9 pieces of bread

Brown sausage and onion; drain and cool. Beat eggs. Add salt and dry mustard. Fold in bread cubes and sausage. Grease a 9 x 18 inch pan. Sprinkle cheese on top and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand 3-5 minutes before cutting.
