HUNGARIAN GOULASH 
1 lb. beef, cubed (not ground beef)
2 med. onions, minced
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/4 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. cider vinegar
6 tbsp. ketchup
1 1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. flour

Brown meat. Add onion. Combine mustard, paprika, brown sugar and salt. Add to beef and onion. Combine Worcestershire sauce, cider vinegar and ketchup. Add to other ingredients. Add 1 cup of the water, stir. Cover.

Cook over low heat 2 1/2 hours or until meat is very tender. Blend flour with remaining 1/2 cup water, add to meat mixture; stir until thickened. Serve over cooked egg noodles or rice.
