HUNGARIAN GOULASH FOR 2 
1 lb. stew meat
2 potatoes, diced
1 onion, diced
3/4 - 1 tsp. paprika

Brown onion in butter, mix in 3/4 to 1 teaspoon paprika. Add meat, 1 cup water and salt. Stew meat until done. Add 3 to 4 cups boiling water and diced potatoes and cook until done. Serve with noodles and cabbage.
