NO - KNEAD YEAST BREAD 
2 c. milk, scalded & cooled
1/3 c. sugar
2 pkg. dry yeast
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. melted shortening
6-6 1/2 c. flour

In a large mixing bowl, combine milk, sugar, crumbled yeast, salt and 2 cups flour. Beat with mixer or by hand until smooth. Add eggs and shortening and beat again until smooth. Add remaining flour. Beat well with a spoon to make a soft dough. Brush top of dough with oil.

Cover and let rise in a warm place, for 30 minutes. Do not allow dough to double in bulk. Punch down dough and knead lightly (just enough to be able to make the dough into desired shape). Grease pans. Put dough in pans and rise 30 minutes only. Bake at 375 degrees until done.
