AMANDA'S TRIPLE CHOCOLATE
MARSHMALLOW CAKE
 
1 pkg. (2 layer) chocolate cake mix
1 pkg. (4 serving) Jello instant pudding
Chocolate pudding
1 3/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1 pkg. (12 oz.) Baker's chocolate chips
1 c. chocolate syrup
3 c. miniature marshmallows

Combine cake mix, pudding mix, milk, eggs, and chips in large bowl. Mix by hand until blended about 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Drizzle 1/2 cup of the chocolate syrup over the warm cake. Sprinkle marshmallows evenly over syrup and bake 5 minutes longer or until marshmallows are softened and lightly browned. Drizzle remaining syrup over marshmallows. Cool cake in pan and cut into squares, using knife dipped in warm water.

I'm betting this would also work well with other flavours of cake mixes, chips and syrups. You can be sure I'm going to test that theory! :)
