POLISH CHOP SUEY 
4 lbs. pork (steak, loin roast or chops, cubed & browned)
1 lb. pkg. med. noodles
1 big can sauerkraut (add 1 tbsp. brown sugar)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. onion soup mix

Brown meat; cook noodles. Drain sauerkraut and rinse well. Add the tablespoon of brown sugar. Combine onion and mushroom soups with 2 cups water. Layer sauerkraut, noodles and meat in bottom of large oblong pan. Pour soup mixture over. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour, no less.
