CASSEROLE CHOP SUEY 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. celery, cut up
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. plain rice (not cooked)
1 1/2 c. boiling water
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 cans chop suey noodles

Brown ground beef, drain and add onion, celery, chicken soup, mushroom soup, rice, boiling water and soy sauce. Mix all together, put into greased casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Top with some noodles and bake another 15 minutes. Just bake it for 1 hour so the celery is tender, then serve noodles on the table. Use plain rice - not minute rice.
