CHINESE CHOP SUEY CASSEROLE 
7 lbs. ground beef
Oil for browning meat
14 med. onions, thinly sliced
7 c. chopped celery
7 cans (10 1/2 oz.) cream of chicken soup
7 cans cream of mushroom soup
7 cans cream of celery soup
1 3/4 c. soy sauce
2 qts. and 2 1/2 c. water
7 c. raw rice
7 cans chow mein noodles

Brown meat in oil. In large covered pan put meat, onions, celery, soups, soy sauce and water. Pour over meat mixture. Stir in raw rice, mixing well. Cover and bake 375 for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover, top with chow mein noodles and bake 10 minutes longer.

Serves 50.
