CHINESE CHOP SUEY FOR 50 
6 lbs. beef
5 lbs. pork
1/2 c. fat
1/4 c. salt
16 bouillon cubes
1 qt. mushrooms
2 1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce

Cut beef and pork into 1/2-inch cubes. Mix bouillon cubes with 1 gallon boiling water. Mix remaining ingredients to water and meat. Simmer until meat is tender.
