CHINESE CHOP SUEY | |
1 1/2 lb. hamburger 1 bunch celery, cut up 5 med. onions, cut up 2 lg. tbsp. soy sauce 2 bouillon cubes 2 c. water 1 lg. can bean sprouts or 2 sm. cans or fresh beansprouts Cook celery and onions with 2 cups of water and 1 bouillon cube. Cook hamburger in skillet with some onions (for flavor) and 1 bouillon cube. Add hamburger, bean sprouts, soy sauce, salt and pepper. To celery and onions, cook until done, add water as needed for more broth. |
