AMERICAN CHOP SUEY 
1 lb. hamburg
1 box macaroni
Onions
Peppers
1 jar spaghetti sauce

Cook macaroni, drain. Cook onions and peppers until done and brown hamburg. Add sauce and mix all together.

I used Ragu brand, Chunky Garden Combo sauce. It has a hint of Sweetness (because it has 1 tablespoon of sugar in it) which enhances the flavor. Possibly makes it less acidic also. I added salt and ground pepper corns. Served with string beans, block cheese slices on the side. Sometimes I sprinkle shredded Parmesan/Romano cheese on the top. Sliced Italian bread spread with butter then Parmesan sprinkle cheese and bake till warm and slightly browned. Delicious!
