BROWN RICE CHOP SUEY CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. chop suey meat, or chicken, or pork 2 c. chopped celery 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 cans water 3/4 c. uncooked brown rice Brown meat (or use leftover meat). Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish, add salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours or more. Recipe may be doubled, just cook a little longer. |
