FRUITED RICE CURRY 
1 c. long grain rice
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
2 tsp. curry powder
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. mixed dried fruits, chopped
2 tbsp. light raisins
1/4 c. blanched slivered almonds

Combine all ingredients. Package in an air tight container.

To prepare Rice Curry: 2 1/2 cups water and 2 tablespoons butter; cover. Bring to boiling, reduce heat. Simmer 20 minutes. Do not lift cover. Makes 4 cups cooked rice.
