I have been making this for years. It has been known to convert non strawberry lovers. It is good with bananas, peaches, pineapple tidbits and fruit cocktail too. We even vary the flavor of Jello. I have yet to meet anyone who doesn't love it.

This also works well with sugar free jello and Splenda. Makes a great strawberry low sugar pie.

I assume you use the large box of Jello and not the small box.

I would add that the corn starch should be dissolved before adding to the jello mixture.
