1 box confectioners' sugar 1 (12 oz.) crunchy peanut butter 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 3 sticks butter 1/2 bar paraffin Melt butter. Mix with peanut butter and sugar. Roll into small balls. Place on waxed paper. Melt paraffin and chocolate chips in double boiler. Dip each ball into melted chocolate, covering about 3/4 of the ball. Place on waxed paper. Candy will stay fresh for about 4 weeks. Makes about 50 to 75. |
