EYE BUCKS 
3/4 c. peanut butter, plain or crunchy
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 box chocolate frosting mix (Jiffy)
12 oz. white chocolate chips, melted in double boiler or microwave

1. Mix all ingredients, except white chocolate, together in a large bowl.

2. Form with hands, into 1" balls and place on wax paper lined cookie sheet.

3. Stick a round toothpick down through center of ball. Refrigerate until balls are firm.

4. Melt chocolate in top of double boiler or microwave.

5. Dip balls in melted chocolate.

6. Place again on wax paper and refrigerate until chocolate is firm. Remove toothpick and serve. Yield: 40 balls.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
