ARTICHOKE SQUARES | |
2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts 1/4 c. fine, dry bread crumbs 2 c. grated cheddar cheese 1/4 tsp. salt 1 sm. onion, finely chopped 1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce 2 tbsp. chopped parsley 4 eggs Drain artichokes, saving marinade from one jar. In marinade, saute onion. Cut up hearts. Beat eggs and add crumbs and seasoning. Stir in remaining ingredients. Turn into a greased 7"x11" pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool a little before cutting into squares. Serve hot or cold. Yield: 40 squares. |
