HADDOCK CASSEROLE 
1. Lightly butter the bottom of a pie pan.

2. Layer the bottom with haddock fillets 1/4 inches.

3. Sprinkle fillets with curry powder, garlic salt and seasoned salt.

4. Layer of American or Cheddar cheese, shredded or grated.

5. Broccoli and cauliflower, flowerettes were steamed a little, placed on top.

6. Sprinkle with chopped onions.

7. Grated Cheddar cheese layer on top.

8. Limpa bread (caraway) torn into bite-sized pieces sprinkled on top.

9. Repeat broccoli, cauliflower and cheese.

10. Beat 2 eggs, 1/2 cup Chablis Blanc and pour over casserole.

11. Top with Swiss cheese and parsley.

12. Bake at 450 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

13. Serve with lemon slices on top.
