HADDOCK CASSEROLE 
2 lb. haddock fillets
Pinch of salt
1 can cream of shrimp soup, undiluted
1 tbsp. sherry
2 tsp. minced onion
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. melted butter
30 Ritz crackers, crushed

Place fish in casserole. Sprinkle with salt. Combine soup and sherry. Pour over fish. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. While fish is baking stir onion, garlic and Worcestershire sauce into melted butter. Mix with cracker crumbs. After fish is baked, sprinkle crumb mixture over it and bake 10 minutes more, until crumbs are golden.
