ARTICHOKE SQUARES 
2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichokes
1/2 med. minced onion
1 clove minced garlic
4 lg. eggs
1/4 c. finely dry bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. Tabasco
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
2 tbsp. minced parsley

Grease 10 x 6 x 1 3/4 inch baking dish with 2 teaspoons butter. Drain marinade from artichokes into skillet. Add onion and garlic. Saute. Chop all artichokes; drain other jar; save sauce, if you wish.

Beat eggs, add crumbs, seasoning, cheese, parsley, chopped artichoke and onion, garlic. Pour into baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees about 30 minutes. Remove; stand 15 minutes. Cut into squares. Serve on crackers.

You can double recipe; bake and serve as a casserole; not cutting necessary.
