SHITAKE MUSHROOM SAUCE 
1 c. sliced Shitake mushrooms
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tbsp. bouillon
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 to 1 c. milk or cream

Combine mushrooms and butter in 2-cup glass baking dish. Microwave 3-4 minutes until mushrooms are tender. Stir in flour, milk, and bouillon. Microwave on high 2-3 minutes. Can be used for meat, potatoes, etc.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
