ARTICHOKE SQUARES | |
2 (6 oz.) marinated artichoke hearts 1 sm. onion, diced 1 clove garlic, diced 4 eggs 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/8 tsp. oregano 2 tbsp. minced parsley 2 c. grated cheddar cheese 1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs Drain artichoke hearts, reserve liquid. Chop artichoke, onion and garlic; saute in marinade liquid 5 minutes. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, add rest of ingredients. Bake in a greased 7"x11" pan at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool and cut into 1" squares. Freezes well. |
