ARTICHOKE SQUARES 
1 can (10 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (food processor
makes paste)
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
Butter
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/8 tsp. each pepper, oregano, Tabasco
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tbsp. parsley, minced

Saute onions and garlic in a little butter until limp. Add eggs, crumbs and seasonings. Add other ingredients. Pour into 8 x 8 greased pan and bake at 350 degrees until set or about 30 minutes. Cut into small squares. Can be refrigerated and heated before serving. Yield: 25 squares.
